Candidate registration details are held on a central register only accessible to the staff of MiMo Associates Limited. Candidate details may be updated at any time by re-registering.

MiMo Associates Limited has appointed a “data controller” as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998 who is responsible for all personal data collected and held by us. MiMo Associates Limited cannot be held responsible for data passed on to third parties with the candidate’s permission.

We will, however, never pass on a candidate’s personal information to a third party without discussing it with them first and you may ask us to stop using your information at any time.

All unused CVs held on our database will only remain for a maximum of six months before deletion.

We will never pass on our client’s contact details to a third party without discussing it with them first.

You have the right to request copies of any information we hold on file about you, although MiMo will levy a small administration charge for providing this data.
