The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, developing strategy execution and driving results across a sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven record in new business development with an enthusiasm for exceeding goals and developing sales talent.
The candidate must demonstrate skills in leading field sales teams with focus on B2B sales & new business development. They must have strong communication and influencing skills, excellent sales and people management skills, as well as a personable and professional presence.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate or equivalent. This vacancy is based in London.
